Q: - How can I make an order?
A: - Call (916) 844-1010 to make an order. Send us your artwork file via an email or upload file right now. Once we receive and approve your artwork file your order will be shipped within 48 hours.
Q: - Is there a minimum order?
A: - No minimum orders. Order just 1 or 1000. We'll fulfill any order size (as long as it's a whole number).
Q: - How many colors can I use?
A: - Unlimited colors.Your creativity isn't limited to just 2 or 3 colors. Use as many or as few as you want. The price remains the same. |
Q: - What kinds of images do you accept for custom mousepads?
A: - We support JPEG, PNG, GIF, or TIFF files.
- Mousepads are created at a minimum of 150 dpi (dots per inch).

To fill the full area, we recommend that you use images that are equal to or larger than the recommended sizes below. For images smaller than these sizes, you should not fill the full area, but will have additional “white space”
- Mousepad design area (9.25" x 7.75") = 1388 pixels x 1163 pixels - If your image is bigger than these sizes, it'll turn out even better since it will be printed at an even higher resolution than the minimum.
Note about delivery times: Please add your order processing time to the shipping time to determine total delivery time. The order is usually processed in 2-5 business days and shipped the following business day after it's been processed. During the holiday season there could be a 3 to 5 business days delay. |
